P.P. BOARD OFFICIALS.

The Institute of P. P. Board Officials (stock inspectors, secretaries, and rabbit inspectors), will begin its first conference at King's Hall, Hunter-street, to-day. The members will meet for preliminary business at 10 a.m., and at 11 a.m. the conference will be officially opened by Mr. W. C. Grahame, Minister for Agriculture, at 12 o'clock, Mr. S. T. D. Symons, M.R.C.V.S., chief inspector of stock, will lecture upon "Imported Stock and the Quarantine Laws Governing their introduction," and at 2 o'clock Mr. W. W. Froggatt, F.L.S., Government Entomologist, begins his lecture on "External Parasites."
